Yes I heard it when it first came out. It’s a nice song but Nicki uses false quotes. It’s not Nicki’s fault though, because almost everyone thinks Marilyn said those things when she didn’t.
I thought it was pretty good. There were plenty of moments where I felt she truly captured Marilyn’s personality, especially her wit.
When I found out Megan was removing her MM tattoo I got upset because of her reasons why: “I’m removing it. It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.”
Clearly Megan never was a true Marilyn fan. Yes, we know Marilyn suffered from depression and today would be considered bipolar… but it seems that Megan doesn’t understand that Marilyn didn’t get the right help and she truly did struggle. Despite Marilyn’s personal problems, she isn’t a “negative character” whatsoever. She is a true inspiration and was a wonderful woman. Megan got the tattoo when she was a teen. If she knew everything there was to know about Marilyn at that time and thought she was a negative character, then she wouldn’t have gotten the tattoo. I think she’s an idiot.
Some parts I felt like she really got Marilyn down personality wise, not so much phsyically. For example, the part when Marilyn and Colin are looking at the doll house and Marilyn said something like “This is me, and this is you, and this is our baby.” I can’t remember what she said exactly, I saw that film months ago lol. And also the part when Colin asks why Marilyn has a photo of Abe Lincoln on her nightstand and she says “I didn’t have a daddy so it might as well be him!” That part really showed Marilyn’s humour. For a moment I would forget it was Michelle and not Marilyn! I still think its a good film whether its a true story or not. Thanks for loving my blog :-) Xo
I like these tattoo designs:

Or maybe I’d get one of her poems tattoed on me such as this one:
“O, Time
Be Kind
Help this weary being
To forget what is sad to remember
Lose my loneliness,
Ease my mind,
While you eat my flesh.”
I’m not sure where on my body I would get a tattoo though. When the time comes I’ll think harder about it :-)
Yeah :-/ The circumstances around her death are really fishy, that’s why I find it hard to believe that she committed suicide. There are sooo many different variations of theories that its difficult to believe just one. I personally think either one of two things: 1.) Since Marilyn’s water was temporarily off in her home and she could not swallow pills without water (remember no pills were found in her system), possibly one of her doctors gave her an injection as an alternative. Possibly this injection accidentally killed her. Possibly her doctors tried to save her but failed, and therefore attempted to cover it up as a suicide. I find this to be most believable because Eunice Murray and MM’s two doctors changed their stories of what had happened various times, and ultimately their stories do not make sense. 2.) Her doctors could’ve killed her purposely, but the trouble is figuring out WHY they would. Some say they were forced to by J. Egdar Hoover to kill her. Again, there are really so many variations of theories, that each individual can believe whatever is most logical to them.
Exactly. No pills were found in her stomach. (The rest of her organs were destroyed, so the autopsy went no further.) The autopsy states that she died of barbiturate overdose, so really the only explanation could be that she was killed by injection since no pills were found in her system.
Not a weird question at all! Marilyn’s beauty mark wasn’t real; she had a skin colored mole which she just filled in with pencil to make it look like a beauty mark.
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
“I am good, but not an angel. I do sin, but I am not the devil. I am pretty, but not beautiful. I have friends, but I am not the peacemaker. I am just a small girl in a big world trying to find someone to love.”
“Imperfection is beauty. Madness is genius and it is better to be absolutely ridiculous then absolutly boring.”
“A wise girl kisses but doesn’t love, leaves before she is left and forgets before she is forgotten.”
“Beneath the makeup and behind the smile I’m just a girl who wishes for the world.”
“If you’re gonna be two faced at least make one of them pretty.”
“I’m selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control, and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.”
I’m sure there are more, but these are the ones that I know for sure she never said.
There’s a couple of them…
First, the Kennedys. There’s a theory that Bobby had visited Marilyn’s home several times on August 4th. Supposedly they were arguing with each other because Marilyn had “something” that had the potential of ruining the Kennedys’ reputation. I had read this in Marilyn’s Last Words by Matthew Smith, but I don’t remember what the book said about how they killed her. I read it last year. Sorry about that.
Then there’s the CIA. Hoover had been on her tail for years because he thought she was a communist and he was going to do anything to prove it and eventually ruin her career. Supposedly he had bugged her house. If I’m remembering correctly, supposedly whoever had worked for Hoover had gotten into Marilyn’s house and injected her with something that killed her almost instantly. I don’t really believe that though.
As for her doctors and Eunice Murray, this is their story of what happened… Eunice had seen a light under Marilyn’s door, and asked Marilyn if she was alright because usually Marilyn would leave the phone outside of her door. When she heard no answer she called her doctors. When they arrived they busted open her bedroom window from the outside and found her dead. They waited hours before calling the police which makes no damn sense. Supposedly they had called an ambulance beforehand, and then made them leave when they arrived for Marilyn’s body. Also makes no damn sense.
They changed their stories each time they talked to somebody. Their stories were never consistent. Why? Because they were lying. I remember reading that one of the officials said there’s no way Eunice could’ve seen a light from under Marilyn’s door because Marilyn had thick carpet in her house. Little things like that make a difference, you know? But anyway, they tried to say that Marilyn died from an overdose. They even placed all of her pill bottles on her nightstand, every single one they could find, new and old. She didn’t die from an overdose of pills because no pills were found in her system. Also in the autopsy, she had bruises all over her body, but most importantly a really big one on her hip. Supposedly her doctors tried picking her up and dropped her which is how she got the bruise. Dr. Noguchi couldn’t finish the autopsy because most of her organs had disappeared and had been destroyed by someone else. Very strange. Even though Noguchi called it a suicide, he believes she was injected with something killed her very quickly.
What I would like to know is WHY they killed her. What was the reason for killing her? Marilyn was nothing but nice to them. She paid them so much money for being her doctors for years.
